BSB: Oregon Flips Script on FAU, Wins Game 10-4 and Series 3-1

Through four innings at PK Park, Oregon's odds of clinching a series win over Florida Atlantic looked slim; the Ducks trailed 2-0 and had just one hit off of FAU starter Nick Prather. That was before an offensive eruption saw them score 10 runs in the last five innings, good enough for a 10-4 win and a 3-1 series victory over a team that had just one loss coming into the weekend. Starting pitcher Cullen Kafka (5.1 IP, 4 H, 3 ER, 1 BB, 3 K) moved to 2-0 with the win, while seven different Oregon batters recorded an RBI. Now 8-3 on the year, Oregon continues to play strong in the non-conference and will stay in Eugene next weekend against the UC Davis Aggies. GAME STORY (by Matt Tyra) Read More
