Oregon, fresh off sweeping the Arizona schools at home, travel north to take on Washington State on Thursday night and Washington Saturday afternoon. Oregon moves up one spot in the rankings after a thrilling overtime win versus #24 Arizona and following up with a win via a Payton Pritchard masterclass against Arizona State. The Ducks remain undefeated in Eugene but have lots to prove in conference road games after poor outing in Utah and Colorado last month. Before the team heads to Pullman, head coach Dana Altman and shooting guard Chris Duarte addressed the media on Tuesday.

The star West Linn native had 15 points on strictly threes in the first half (5-7). He tied her career high in points and was one long ball away from tying his three pointers in a game. Mathis and Duarte each had 8 points at intermission as well, but it was the Dominican who scored 12 points in the second half to finish with 20. Oregon shot 48% from the field, but it was the 14-23 from the free throw line that kept ASU in the game till late. Remy Martin, the Sun Devils’s star point guard, was just as hot as the Duck’s point guard. Martin also had 29 points on 9-21 shooting, including a 3-9 performance from deep to go along with his 6 assists.
