Tonight the number six Oregon Ducks took down the 3rd ranked Stanford Cardinal in blowout fashion. After a hotly contested first half, Oregon was able to run away with a 87 to 55 win, outscoring Stanford 51 to 25 in the second half.  

Stanford led at the end of the first quarter, but that was the only lead they had all night. The Ducks took the lead with 5 minutes left in the second quarter and never looked back. Oregon led 36 to 30 at halftime, and the second half was all Oregon and all Ionescu. The Sabrina Show was in full effect tonight as she became Oregon’s all-time scoring leader, set a new career high of 37 points and had a double. It was a game that Sabrina called one of her top five favorite games ever and a game that Oregon fans won’t soon forget. After posting a 22-30 record in Melyssa Lombardi's first season as head coach, the Ducks are looking to return to the postseason behind a deeper pitching staff and more experienced lineup. Head Coach Melyssa Lombardi, Jordan Dail and Haley Cruse met with the media on Tuesday afternoon to discuss the upcoming season.

Oregon, fresh off sweeping the Arizona schools at home, travel north to take on Washington State on Thursday night and Washington Saturday afternoon. Oregon moves up one spot in the rankings after a thrilling overtime win versus #24 Arizona and following up with a win via a Payton Pritchard masterclass against Arizona State. The Ducks remain undefeated in Eugene but have lots to prove in conference road games after poor outing in Utah and Colorado last month. Before the team heads to Pullman, head coach Dana Altman and shooting guard Chris Duarte addressed the media on Tuesday.
