The Oregon Ducks lost to the visiting Washington State Cougars 75-59 on New Year's Day at Matthew Knight Arena. The Ducks committed a season-high 21 turnovers on Sunday, just two days after committing 19 turnovers in a loss to the Washington Huskies. Lexi Bando scored a team-high 19 points and Ruthy Hebard finished the afternoon with 14 points and eight rebounds. The duo shot just a combined 9-22 from the field and the Ducks as a team shot just 36.5 percent from the field. Dillon Brooks had a big game as he went off for 20 points in the first half and finished the night with 28 points on 9-10 shooting from the field.
