AUDIO: Oregon Football Hits the Road to Salt Lake City

Oregon football (6-3, 3-3 in Pac-12) hits the road again this weekend following a one game home-stand that resulted in a 42-21 win over UCLA (2-7, 2-4 in Pac-12). Next up for Oregon is Utah (6-3, 4-3), which had its 38-20 loss last Saturday against Arizona State compounded with starting quarterback Tyler Huntley breaking his collarbone. The Ducks bring a defense that forced three turnovers against the Bruins this past Saturday into the matchup with Utah's backup quarterback, and Oregon turned each of those three turnovers into seven points the other way. Justin Herbert and Dillon Mitchell lead Oregon's offensive resurgence, with the junior receiver grabbing eight receptions for 156 yards and two touchdowns. Herbert went 18-32 for 264 yards and two touchdowns. Herbert and Mitchell look to bring that same production away from the comfort of Autzen Stadium and into Salt Lake City. But the Ducks will have to do that without starting center Jake Hanson for the first half, who was ejected… Read More

For the second time this season, Oregon came back to win the match after losing the first set. FB | Oregon Spoils Kelly's Return with a 42-21 Victory over UCLA

Oregon football returned to Autzen Stadium after two consecutive road losses and emerged victorious over the visiting UCLA Bruins 42-21. Saturday's win for Oregon clinched bowl eligibility for the 13th time in the past 14 seasons, as Oregon compiled 492 yards on offense. Despite being in concussion protocol for much of the week, quarterback Justin Herbert threw for 262 yards and two touchdowns, marking his 24th consecutive game with a touchdown pass. Also a game-time decision due to a concussion, Dillon Mitchell continued his tear through Pac-12 play, accounting for 156 yards and two touchdowns on eight receptions. Oregon also proved to be productive in the run game, gaining 200 yards on the ground on 42 carries. Oregon's big night, however, was kicked off with an explosive play on special teams, as Ugo Amadi returned a punt 56 yards to the end zone - Oregon's first since 2015. Oregon would push the lead in the first half as high as 21-0 on a Justin Herbert four-yard touchdown… Read More

VB | USC Takes Control In Set Three To Sweep Oregon

The Oregon Ducks were swept at the hands of the USC Trojans Friday night for the fourth time this season and the first time since September 30. The Trojans and Ducks were neck and neck through the first two sets, but USC used some late set magic to take the first set 30-28 and win the second set 25-23. Both teams were nearly identical in the hitting percentage as the Trojans hit .297, while Oregon hit .272. The difference were service aces as USC outscored Oregon 8-4 in that category and won the points that mattered most. USC was in control all of the third set winning 25-17. Oregon falls to 15-8 and 8-5 in conference and will look to bounce back as they take on UCLA Sunday at noon. Game Story (By: Bill Braker)Read More
