STORY: Oregon's Secondary Facing Toughest Challenge yet in Washington QB Jacob Eason

Oregon's secondary has gotten national attention for a reason, the unit tops the PAC-12 for completion percentage, yards allowed, and passing touchdowns. Perhaps the most impressive stat Andy Avalos's secondary has put up is 12 interceptions, good for best in the power-five conferences. The Ducks secondary has their toughest test yet, Washington quarterback Jacob Eason. The former number one quarterback in the country out of high school and potential first-round pick will look to torch the Ducks secondary at Husky Stadium Saturday afternoon.

AUDIO: Oregon Soccer Prepares for Crucial Match with Washington State

Oregon Soccer (4-4-5) takes on the Washington State Cougars (9-3-1) at Pape field at 7:00 pm Saturday. Oregon had mixed results in the past weekend, drawing with Cal on Thursday and a blowout loss to Stanford Sunday afternoon. Washington State, on the other hand, has had a poor couple of weeks after starting the season on fire. The Ducks currently stand at 47 in the RPI and taking down the Cougars would be instrumental in the fight to make the schools first-ever NCAA tournament. Thursday afternoon Senior defender Alyssa Hinojosa and Head Coach Kat Mertz addressed the media.
