The Oregon Ducks finished off a four game sweep Sunday of the Milwaukee Panthers as they defeated the Panthers 6-1 Sunday at Pk Park. Oregon starter Brett Walker delivered a quality start that included 6 innings of work while allowing 0 runs and striking out four batters. Aaron Zavala went three for three at the plate for the Ducks and reached base four times. Zavala also finished the day with one RBI and was the driving force of the Ducks offense during the 6-1 win.

Oregon was able to shut down Milwaukee's offense for much of the game, with the lone blemish coming from a Mitchell Buban single in the top of the 7th inning. Decker Stedman, Kolby Somers, and Hunter Breault each provided solid relief outings for the final three innings, allowing only three hits and one earned run. Ducks Finish Regular Season on 16-game Win Streak, Beat Rival Washington (92-56) on Senior Day

Written By: Sam Greenville

Oregon capped it’s final regular season game on Senior day at Matthew Knight Arena with a win against bitter rival Washington. The Huskies played energetic defense and were relentless on offense, but the Ducks proved to be too much as Oregon would win in blowout fashion winning by 46 and cruising into the Pac-12 tournament on fire. Today’s win notched a program record 17th victory against a Pac-12 opponent, and an unbeaten record at home going 15-0. Senior Ruthy Hebard would lead all scorers with 24 points, in addition to gathering 7 rebounds. For the Huskies, senior Mai-Loni Henson would be the team leader in points with 11. The first quarter was tightly contested with a 1 point Oregon lead and showed promise to be a competitive rivalry clash, “We were challenged, they just came out and played harder than us that first quarter… we knew this was gonna be a tough game” noted Graves, but thanks to a 27-6 run in the second quarter the game would…

BSB | Oregon Baseball Dominates in a Double Header Vs. Milwaukee

Text Story: Scott Wardwell

The Oregon Ducks took on the Milwaukee Panthers in an action packed baseball Saturday double header. The offense was clicking on all cylinders, as they put up 12 runs between both games, resulting in 7-2 and 6-0 victories.

Aaron Zavala provided the offense for the Ducks, leading the team with five hits and four RBI. Peyton Fuller had a great game on the mound in the second game of the day, finishing with eight strikeouts, no earned runs, and just two hits allowed.

The first game was preluded by some rain, but the field was able to dry out enough for the game to go on. Robert Ahlstrom got the start on the mound for the Ducks, and came out strong. After allowing a lead-off single to Adam LaRock, he came back and retired the next three Panthers he faced.

The Ducks started their productive day offensively right away, with Sam Olsson ripping a single into right field which scored Tanner…

Oregon Womens Basketball claims third straight Pac-12 championship in win over Washington State

By Ian Johnson

The Oregon Ducks Women’s Basketball team has taken not only the city of Eugene by storm, but rather the entire women’s basketball scene, as they were crowned Pac-12 regular season champions for the third year in a row, making it their 15th consecutive win. The triumphant trio of Ionescu, Hebard, and Sabally led the way again. Ruthy Hebard was ruthless against the Cougars, totaling 28 points and 14 rebounds. On a night where she had a small injury scare, Satou Sabally was dominant up to that point, tallying 22 points and 7 rebounds, really showing off her versatility as a player, scoring inside and out. Sabrina Ionescu had a quiet, yet productive night, finishing with 12 points and 12 assists, showing off her excellent vision and control of the offense time and time again.

From the top of the roster to the bottom, players on the Ducks made impacts and the depth of this team was shown off again tonight. All 11 active players got minutes tonight in…

BSB | Matthews walks it off in the 11th against Milwaukee

On a Friday evening match up at PK Park against the Milwaukee Panthers for the first time in program history, Gabe Matthews ended things in exciting fashion in extra innings for the 6-4 Ducks win.

Starting pitcher Cullen Kafka got off to a great start for the Ducks, before allowing three runs in the 6th inning, as he started to show signs of fatigue. He finished the game with 5.2 innings pitched, 3 earned runs, 4 strikeouts, and a walk. The bullpen did an excellent job keeping the team in the game, only giving up one run over the final 5.1 innings, and giving the team a chance to win it.

The big story of the night was obviously Gabe Matthews winning the game in the 11th with a deep bomb to right center field to win it, but true freshman center fielder Anthony Hall had a great night as well, going 2-5 with a triple and his first career home run. He also added 2 RBI and 2 runs scored to give the Ducks a massive offensive boost.
