MBB: Oregon Bounces Back Against Rival Oregon State
Written Story by Justin Grossweiner
After having their 6 game winning streak snapped by the Colorado Buffaloes on Tuesday, the Oregon Ducks men's basketball team defeated the Oregon State Beavers 78-56 on Saturday night at Matthew Knight Arena. It was the first time the Ducks have swept the season series in 5 years, as Oregon dominated this game on both ends of the floor shooting 55% for the game, and holding the Beavers to 30% shooting.
Guard Jacob Young led Oregon scorers with 17 points on an efficient 6-10 shooting, and his backcourt running mate Will Richardson added 15 points in just 25 minutes. It was an incredibly efficient night for the Ducks,
However, potentially the most impactful player on both ends of the court was N'Faly Dante. He only had 9 points, but added 10 rebounds (including 5 offensive), 3 blocks, and 2 steals. Backup big Frank Kepnang also added value…

Ducks WBB Survive Scare vs Utes
Story by Ryan Milano
The Ducks limped out of Matthew Knight Arena with a 70-66 victory over Utah Wednesday afternoon.
It wasn't pretty from the jump for Oregon as the Ducks headed to halftime trailing 29-28, shooting just 1-14 from deep in the half.
The 2nd half started stronger as Oregon was able to take the lead and balloon it out to a nine-point advantage in the 3rd quarter. However, the Ducks left their foot off the pedal once again and Utah slowly clawed their way back to even with under three minutes to play.
The Utes would never take the lead back. Oregon was able to make the plays at the end to win.
For the 2nd consecutive game, Oregon went up against one of the teams at the bottom of the Pac-12 table and were taken to the wire.
The win gives Oregon five straight W's. The Ducks try to keep their win streak going on Friday as they play host to UCLA.Audio Story coming soon

Oregon Men's Basketball Runs Out of Gas Versus Colorado
Written and Audio Stories by Austin Ota
The Oregon Men’s basketball team took on the Colorado Buffaloes in a matchup of two teams that began the night with a 12-6 record. Colorado, who were coming off of the two Los Angeles programs that Oregon famously beat on the road, was looking to rebound from those performances and cool down the hot Oregon Ducks. In the end, Colorado came back from their early deficit and won by a final score of 82-78.
At the beginning, Oregon was rocking with the energy that came in Matthew Knight Arena, as the Pit Crew have rewarded their Ducks with two consecutive massive audiences. De’Vion Harmon started the scoring for the Ducks, pulling up and swishing the three over his taller defender. Following this, triples by Will Richardson and Quincy Guerrier sandwiched an N’Faly Dante dunk and Jacob Young floater. Within the first 3:12 of the game, all of Oregon’s starters had points, which has been extremely key to their…

Oregon Men's Basketball Dominates Washington in Every Aspect of the Game
Written Story by Alex Roth
The Oregon Ducks absolutely blitzed the Washington Huskies by a score of 84-56 Sunday night at Matthew Knight Arena, building up a big lead right out of the gate and never looking back. Oregon built an 8-2 lead early before 16-2 and 13-0 runs followed to put the Ducks up by 30 points in the first half. The Ducks were in control for the entire game and never took their foot off the gas, allowing for 13 different players to see the floor at some point.
The Ducks came out shooting hot with Will Richardson and De’Vion Harmon knocking down triples early, setting the tone for a hot shooting first half from Oregon. The Ducks absolutely shut down the Huskies’ offense, forcing Washington to commit more turnovers than they scored points in the first half. The Oregon Defense held the Huskies to just 13 points in the first half, which was less points than Will Richardson scored in the first half.
Oregon was firing on all…
