After losing star forward Jillian Alleyne and guard Jordan Loera to injury prior to losses last weekend at Cal and Stanford, Oregon women's basketball will try to regroup this week at the Pac-12 tournament in Seattle. Senior Night was the last game Oregon would play at Matthew Knight Arena this year and the Ducks did not take it for granted. The Ducks finished their home schedule undefeated (18-0) as they downed Washington 86-73. Elgin Cook was the MVP of the game on a night in which he and three other seniors (Max Heller, Dwayne Benjamin, and Dylan Ennis) were commemorated for their time with the basketball team. Oregon falls 3-2 to Illinois State in 9th

After 8 strong innings of pitching from both teams, Oregon and Illinois State were tied 1-1 heading into the 9th inning. The Redbirds drove home two runs to take the lead 3-1 with two outs in the top of the 9th. The Ducks fell short of a comeback in the bottom of the 9th, losing 3-2, which is the team's first loss of the season.
