Oregon defeated the Westmont Warriors, 71-32 in a Sunday exhibition at Matthew Knight Arena.The win reflects the Ducks' first organized competition this season after scrimmaging BYU and Portland State earlier this year. Since tip off, the Ducks had the upper hand and displayed their dominance against the Warriors from Santa Barbara, Calif. Eugene native Lexi Bando led the Ducks in scoring with 13 points and two assists. Bando was followed by senior guard Justine Hall and freshman forward Satou Sabally who scored 11 and 12 points respectively. Oregon will be back in action Friday Nov. 10 against Cal State Northridge at 5 p.m. before hosting the women's Phil Knight Invitational on Nov. 25 and will face off against the Oklahoma Sooners at 2:30 p.m.

Oregon volleyball's offense went missing in their effort to top #2 Stanford Sunday afternoon, as UO lost 25-14, 25-18, and 25-14 in straight sets. The Ducks were held up by Taylor Agost's 13 kills on a .385 hitting percentage, but no other Oregon player reached 5 kills. Stanford cruised to a .519 hitting percentage, as three Cardinal players reached double digit kills in the sweep. Head Coach Matt Ulmer was unavailable for comment after the loss. Next up for the Ducks, ranked 16th in the AVCA poll, is a road trip to Arizona that begins against ASU Thursday, November 9 at 5PM.
