On Friday, the Ducks travel to Corvallis, Oregon to take on the Oregon State Beavers. The following week, Oregon will make its way to the desert to take on the Arizona State and Arizona. The Oregon Ducks led wire-to-wire in route to a 77-62 victory over the visiting Colorado Buffaloes on Sunday evening at Matthew Knight Arena in Eugene, Oregon. Troy Brown paced the Ducks' offense with a career-high 21 points and helped Oregon to two early double-digit leads at 13-2 and 20-9. Colorado, led by Namon Wright's 20 points, got within four points of the Ducks at 37-33 early in the second half thanks to a quick 5-0 run. That'd be the closest the Buffaloes would get, though, as Oregon outscored Colorado 40-29 the rest of the way. The Ducks used a 13-2 run near the start of the second half to push the lead to double digits, where it stayed for the rest of the game. Four total Ducks scored in double figures on Sunday as Elijah Brown (17 points), Payton Pritchard (12 points), and Kenny Wooten (13 points) joined Brown in double digits. A win over Washington on Saturday was guaranteed to be noteworthy for the Oregon Ducks. With head coach Kelly Graves one win shy of his 500th career victory and the program looking for its first 2-0 start to conference play since the 2009-2010 season, it was Sabrina Ionescu who stole the show with 24 points, 14 rebounds, and 10 assists to reach her eighth career triple-double, an NCAA career record. The Ducks (13-2, 2-0) kept Washington (6-7, 0-2) at an arm's length all afternoon long. After erupting to a 27-10 lead at the end of the first quarter, Washington's offense would come alive but could never completely crack Oregon's lead. Oregon finished the game with a 94-83 victory, as Ruthy Hebard chipped in her fifth double-double of the year and Satou Sabally continued her impressive freshman season with 13 points.
