Tar Heels Use 2nd Half Surge in 76-59 Win
Oregon women's basketball led #11 North Carolina at halftime Sunday in Eugene, but the Tar Heels (4-0) opened the 2nd half on a 16-1 run to cruise to a 29-28 victory. Jillian Alleyne led Oregon (1-1) with 18 points, 17 rebounds and 4 assists in the loss. The Ducks host Portland State Tuesday night at 6:00 at Matthew Knight Arena.

Oregon Volleyball Beats USC 3-1 on Senior Day
The Ducks celebrated senior day by beating the USC Trojans in four sets. Martenne Bettenorf set a career high with 22 kills as the Ducks pulled away in sets three and four after splitting the first two at 25-23 apiece. The weekend sweep of the LA schools put the Ducks in good position to host the opening round of the tournament with two regular season matches remaining.
