Ducks Hold Off Aggies in Home Opener
After falling behind early, #22 Oregon baseball held off New Mexico State, 3-1 in its home opener. Matt Eureste delivered the go-ahead single with 2 outs in the 7th and Conor Harber threw 6 hitless innings in relief of Cole Irvin to help Oregon to a 4-1 record on the season.

Oregon MBB Survives Late Comeback by Colorado to Win 73-60.
The Oregon Ducks started off slow, falling down 11-4 early in the first half. After the first timeout, the Ducks' offense picked up throughout the first half. Oregon led by as much as 20 thanks to 23 points from Joseph Young and a double double from Dwayne Benjamin, who scored 11 points and added 13 boards. Defensively, the Ducks held Colorado to 28.1% shooting from the field. For the game, the defense forced 16 Buffaloes turnovers and Jordan Bell added 3 blocks and 2 steals. The Buffaloes minimized the deficit to five points in the second half, but the Ducks were able to hold on due to key rebounds and free throws late. This win improves the Ducks' record to 19-8, 9-5 in the Pac 12.

Oregon Women's Basketball team defeat Arizona Wildcats 75-61
The University of Oregon Women's Basketball team had a redeeming win against the University of Arizona Wildcats Friday, February 13th. After losing to Arizona in Tucson last month, the Ducks were able to beat them at home 75-61, putting their season at .500.
Jillian Alleyne says Coach Graves instilled confidence in the team which lead them to play like winners. Coach Graves says he sees improvement in the teams rebounding and defensive skills.
The Ducks will take on Arizona State with hopes of turning the season around at 4:30 p.m in Matthew Knight Arena, Sunday, February 15th.
