SB: Oregon Takes Game 1 Behind Hawkins' Complete Game Shutout
Oregon Softball went the full seven innings for just the second time at home this season in a 7-0 win over the Arizona State Sun Devils on Friday. It was a big day for Cheridan Hawkins as she pitched seven shutout innings with six strikeouts. She was backed on offense by home runs from Janelle Lindvall (Grand Slam), Koral Costa and Gwen Svekis. Oregon also welcomed back Janie Takeda from injury as she was the DP for today's game. Game two can be heard on KWVA Eugene 88.1 FM as well as online tomorrow at 5:30.

Michigan State put up four early runs and never looked back, completing a sweep of Oregon with a 7-4 win Sunday at PK Park. The game was interrupted for 2 hours and 18 minutes during a weather delay. Oregon has lost 13 of the last 18 games.
