The Oregon Ducks offense nearly broke the school record for most runs in a single game by scoring 20 Sunday afternoon against the Ohio State Buckeyes. The school record of 21 was posted by the Ducks of 1979, however, the 20 runs is the most since the reinstatement of the program in 2009. In the second game of a three game weekend series against Ohio State, Oregon baseball fell 5-0 in a highly contested pitcher's duel. Duck freshman starter Matt Krook notched ten strikeouts, but also walked six batters in route to a loss while OSU's Ryan Riga hurled a complete game shut out. Check out the full recap here:
