Thursday night at MKA, the Oregon Ducks (14-6, 2-6) suffered a tough loss to the UCLA Bruins (17-4, 6-2). With seconds left on the clock, Oregon could not come up with a needed rebound which lead to UCLA's Travis Wear knocking down the eventual game-winning shot. -Erick Villar

UO Women Win Second Consecutive Game Behind Jillian Alleyne with a 101-85 Victory Over Washington

Jillian Alleyne had a monster game Sunday against Washington in Matthew Knight Arena, pulling down 25 boards and pouring in 34 points. The game was close at the half, 46-42 Ducks before Alleyne exploded with 22 second half points. The win marked the Ducks second consecutive win and a sweep of the Washington schools. Next weekend the Ducks take to the road to take on the Arizona schools with the Wildcats on Friday, and the Sun Devils on Sunday. -Chris Clayton
