Oregon Baseball Makes History with 20 Runs
The Oregon Ducks offense nearly broke the school record for most runs in a single game by scoring 20 Sunday afternoon against the Ohio State Buckeyes. The school record of 21 was posted by the Ducks of 1979, however, the 20 runs is the most since the reinstatement of the program in 2009.
Oregon's previous single game school record in the reinstatement era was 19 when the Ducks visited Gonzaga, April 14, 2010.

Baseball: Ohio State Shuts Out Oregon 5-0
In the second game of a three game weekend series against Ohio State, Oregon baseball fell 5-0 in a highly contested pitcher's duel. Duck freshman starter Matt Krook notched ten strikeouts, but also walked six batters in route to a loss while OSU's Ryan Riga hurled a complete game shut out. Check out the full recap here:

Oregon Upsets No. 3 Ranked Arizona, Saturday March 8
The University of Oregon Men's basketball team upset the no. 3 ranked Arizona Wildcats 64-57, Saturday, March 8th. The Ducks had a slow first half and were still behind in the second half until Jason Calliste hit a jump-shot that set the Ducks ahead by 1 pt. Jason Calliste, who only had 4 points in the first half, had a 14 point second half, 9 of which were free-throws. Dana Altman was pleased with Calliste's performance. Calliste said the plays weren't set up for him to take big shots, he just saw an opening and put the ball up. The win against Arizona secured Oregon's spot on Wednesday, March 12th in Las Vegas for the Pac-12 tournament. Playing on Wednesday means the Ducks will have to compete in 4 games during the tournament instead of 3, but Coach Dana Altman said that if any team can compete in 4 games, the Ducks have a shot.… Read More
