SB | Oregon Below .500 After Back to Back Run-Rule Losses

Oregon Softball picked up their second consecutive 8-0 loss to Arizona on Saturday, March 16, as UO’s offense struggled and Arizona’s thrived at home. The Wildcats knocked three home runs out of Hillenbrand Memorial Stadium on Saturday, giving them seven for the weekend, while the Ducks put up three hits one day after they mustered just two. For Arizona (20-7, 2-0 Pac-12), Gina Snyder (4-0) picks up the win; for the Ducks (11-12, 0-2 Pac-12), Jordan Dail (9-7) records the loss. Oregon will try to bump back up to .500 and snap their eight-game skid on St. Patrick’s Day, with Sunday’s first pitch time scheduled for noon.
