The Oregon softball team fell short of a series sweep against the visiting UCLA Bruins, dropping a tough 6-1 ballgame on Sunday. The Ducks were unable to generate any offense against a dominating pitching performance from the UCLA circle.   University of Oregon swept University of Arizona in the Pepsi Dual Meet Saturday, April 5th, 2014. University of Oregon Men's team defeated Arizona 114-47. Mac Fleet talks about his close 1500m race with Arizona's Lawi Lalang, and using knowledge about Lalang's strategy to beat him by 3/4 of a second at 3:44:04. Oregon Women's team defeated Arizona 106-52. Laura Roesler talks about setting a meet record at 2:01:1 despite being unable to meet her goal of under 2 minutes. The number three ranked Oregon Duck's Softball team beat the number one UCLA Bruins in a 9-7 offensive barrage Friday at Howe Field. Janelle Lindvall drove in five runs as the Duck offense soiled Ally Carda's outing and took game one of a three game series. Check out the full recap here:
