Ducks Take Game 3 Against the Bruins 11-4

After dropping the first two games to UCLA, the Ducks’ offense was rolling in Sunday’s 11-2 win. After being shut out on Friday and Saturday, Oregon put up six runs in the third inning and three runs in the fifth innings. Danica Mercado went two for three, Nikki Udria went three for five with a homerun and 4 RBIs, and Madi Bishop went one for three with a homerun and three RBIs. The Ducks collectively hit had 11 hits and scored 11 runs. UCLA struggled in the field, committing three errors and only putting four runs on the board. With the win, the Ducks move to 36-2 on the season and are looking forward to their home series against Washington, beginning on Thursday, April 14.
