Oregon softball won its first game of the Eugene Regional against Illinois-Chicago 13-0, which included a nine-run fourth inning. Freshman Maggie Balint shined in the circle while fellow first-year Shannon Rhodes dominated from the batters’ box in the Ducks’ win. Oregon plays Wisconsin tomorrow at 2 p.m.
