SPRINGFIELD, Ore – With the baseball season more than half way through, all eyes are on the upcoming matchup between the Bushnell Beacons and Corban Warriors. With Bushnell (19-18, 6-6 CCC) looking to put a jolt into the season and Corban (9-28, 4-8 CCC) looking to revive an already underwhelming season, the matchup between Bushnell and Corban promises to be an exciting one this weekend. With each team bringing their unique strengths to the table, Beacon fans can expect an intense and competitive showdown between these two.

With both offenses coming off high scoring series with very different results, it will be interesting to see how both teams respond heading into the weekend. After Bushnell got swept this past series by the University of British Columbia, it will be a real test to see how the pitching staff can come back and fortify a game and give the offense a lead going into the later innings.

With all that, the Corban Warriors are coming off their best stretch of the season having rattled off over 30 runs this past weekend and taking their first series win of the year against Eastern Oregon. The Warriors are looking to cap off momentum from the past week.
