WSOC | Oregon Soccer Beaten in Overtime by No. 1 Stanford

Oregon soccer fell in overtime to the No. 1 Stanford Cardinal on Thursday at Papé Field as Catarina Macario curled home a 100th minute free kick to beat the Ducks 1-0. It was a heartbreaker for the Ducks but it was also a big positive as held the defending national champions scoreless for so long. Oregon will have a quick turnaround when it plays Cal on Sunday at 1 p.m.
