AUDIO: No. 20 Oregon Football is All Out of Warmups

Oregon football knew entering 2018 that their out of conference schedule wasn’t anything to fear. A relatively late cancelation from Texas A&M ensured as much, but that won’t leave any excuses for the Ducks when No. 7 Stanford comes to Eugene for the PAC-12 opener this Saturday, and they’re bringing ESPN Gameday with them. Oregon took care of its business as needed, finishing off their extended preseason with a 35-22 victory over San Jose State to match the Cardinal’s 3-0 record for the primetime matchup. Yet despite cruising through the first two weeks with one of the nation’s most explosive and efficient offenses, the Ducks slept through its final tune-up and struggled to move the ball at times against the Spartans. Listen below as head coach Mario Cristobal addressed his team’s sloppy ending to the non-conference and previewed the colossal PAC-12 opener in his Monday press conference.
