AUDIO: Oregon Softball Earns #3 Seed in NCAA Tournament, Will Host Regional Starting Friday

The Oregon Ducks (47-6) came in as the #3 overall seed in the NCAA Softball Tournament on Sunday night, joining three other PAC-12 schools (Arizona, UCLA and Washington) as Top 8 seeds. Oregon will begin its journey to the Women’s College World Series on Friday night against Illinois-Chicago (38-20), who are automatic qualifiers out of the Horizon League. Joining Oregon and UIC in Eugene will be Wisconsin (33-15) and Missouri (29-26). The Ducks played and won twice at Missouri earlier this season by scores of 10-3 and 7-2.
