The No. 3 Arizona Wildcats shutout the No. 6 Oregon Ducks 2-0 on Friday evening in Tucson, Arizona. The Ducks have now lost five of their last seven games and have been shutout three times in the last two weeks. Danielle O’Toole was spectacular for the Wildcats, throwing a complete-game, five-hit, shutout. Megan Kleist was the tough-luck loser after throwing six innings and only allowing two runs (one earned) against one of the best offenses in the nation. Game 2 of the series is on Saturday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. on KWVA Eugene 88.1 FM.
