BSB: Oregon drops final game of series vs Washington 12-3

Following a pair of victories over #22 Washington, the Oregon Ducks were unable to complete the sweep. Getting the start was freshman Zack Noll, who went just two innings while allowing six earned runs, including a grand slam by UW’s Willie MacIver. The Oregon bullpen came in afterwards, using six arms, who combined for seven innings of work with six runs allowed and 10 strikeouts. Gabe Matthews continued his good weekend, contributing an RBI double in the sixth. Following the defeat, Oregon drops to 15-6 on the year and 4-2 in conference. The Ducks will play again on the road Tuesday at Portland.
