The Ducks took the series against the Wildcats Saturday evening. The difference in the game was a go-ahead two-run double by Ducks catcher Tim Susnara in the eighth inning. David Peterson pitched a stellar game in which he held the Wildcats hitless through the first five innings. In order for the Ducks to reach postseason play, they need to keep winning and they need other teams to lose, namely Utah and Washington.
