In this edition of Weekend Watch, we’re looking at a special edition of Friday Night Spotlight on the way tonight from 7:00-10:00. The KWVA Sports department is proud to welcome back multiple distinguished alumni on a special edition of Friday Night Spotlight.

Quack Smack founder Sam Finley (@SamJFinley), as well as former Sports Directors John Strong (Play-by-Play broadcaster for the MLS on NBCSN and Fox Soccer; @StrongMLS), Erick Olson (The Voice of Hermiston High; @erickEolson) and Colin Deaver (KSWO Weekend Sports Anchor; @ColinDeaver) will join the show throughout the night. We’ll be talking to all of them about their best memories at KWVA, what they’re doing now, and get their thoughts on the upcoming Quack Smack expansion.

We’ll also be sure to talk Oregon sports, including preparing for Saturday’s Oregon-Arizona game. And, as has become a tradition when tonight’s crew (Joey McMurry, Ryan Rouillard, Travis Teich and AJ Untermeyer) hops on the air, we’ll be talking about the best sports movies of all time. If you feel like you don’t know many sports movies, just wait til the guys put Ryan through the wringer and you’ll feel a lot better about yourself!
