Oregon took their first match at Matthew Knight Arena Saturday night, taking it to the Northwest Christian Beacons 89-36. Multiple freshmen featured for the young Ducks side, as Morgan Yaeger poured in 15 points, Mar'Shay Moore scored 11, and Sabrina Ionesco put up 8 points, 6 rebounds and 8 rebounds. The Ducks shot 56.1% from the floor in a fine tuneup performance for their first official game of the season, which will come against Lamar on Sunday, November 13.
