Harry Styles’ “Forever, Forever,” released Dec. 27, 2025.
Has Harry Styles made his long awaited comeback? Sort of.
The former One Direction star unexpectedly released a video to YouTube on Dec. 27, 2025 titled “Forever, Forever,” that gave fans a look into the final show of the long running “Love on Tour,” that spanned two years, two albums, and three Grammy Awards.
The video featured concertgoers preparing for the show outside of RCF Arena in Reggio Emilia, Italy, and included bits of conversation that ranged from Styles’ possible outfits for the evening to his impending hiatus. “Some sadness because it is the last show, then he will disappear. We won’t see him dancing on stages anymore,” said one fan.
The artful and nostalgic footage captured the feeling of attending “Love on Tour” and the community Styles nurtured during his time on the road. Attendees were shown helping each other with hair and makeup, practicing the line dance that takes place in the crowd during his song “Treat People With Kindness,” and shedding tears over the end of an era-defining few years for Styles.
Towards the end of the show, a piano was rolled out onto the stage on which Styles’ performed “Forever, Forever,” a piano ballad he penned specifically for the last show of his tour.
“I wrote this for you,” Styles said in Italian.
What followed was a sentimental and bittersweet instrumental that said definitively the end is here. Styles was joined by an ensemble of horn players, a flutist, and a cellist in what is one of his most emotional pieces.
A slow pan over the crowd showed fans in tears, embracing one another, and completely overwhelmed by Styles’ show of gratitude and love.
The video ends with an aerial shot of the crowd with the words “WE BELONG TOGETHER” written across the screen – a tease at new music from Styles in the new year.
Now, coming out of his two-year hiatus, the artist is rumored to be releasing a single soon ahead of an alleged untitled fourth studio album later this year. Reports of another world tour have also been circulating online with whisperings of residencies in London and New York.
