Oregon Baseball is coming off a disappointing 27-29 season in their 2019 campaign, but 2020 brings with it a new coaching staff and a new sense of urgency. Head Coach Mark Wasikowski spoke to the media following Fall Ball and ahead of their 2020 season opener against Big 10 competitor, Minnesota. Senior Gabe Matthews spoke about the energy and “itch” he has with the season approaching. Sam Novitske referenced the new competitive and fiery edge the new staff brings to the program. Lastly, Kenyon Yovan spoke to the media for the first time since his season ended early with a thumb injury poised for a breakout senior season.
