AUDIO: Oregon MBB Returns to MKA to Host Bay Schools

Oregon men’s basketball (13-9, 4-5) returns from its Rocky Mountain road trip to host California and Stanford this week, including a rare Wednesday night matchup with the Golden Bears (5-16, 0-9). The Ducks, which split last weekend with a win at Utah and loss at Colorado, bring its pestering defense that boasts three of the conference’s top 10 players in steals this season to face the Pac’s bottom-feeder in the rebuilding Cal. Despite the Golden Bear’s winless mark in conference, at 4-2 in its previous trips to MKA, Cal is the only Pac-12 team besides Oregon that has a winning record in the Ducks’ new home arena. On Sunday, Oregon has another chance to separate itself from the middle-pack of the standings when Stanford (11-10, 4-5) comes to Eugene. Listen below as head coach Dana Altman and guard Payton Pritchard preview the upcoming matchups.
