BSB: Arizona Defeats Oregon 10-2 in Game One

The Oregon Ducks fell to the Arizona Wildcats 10-2 on Thursday in game one of the series. Oregon gave Cullen Kafka the start, who gave up four runs in just three innings pitched.  Oregon used four additional pitchers in the last six innings. In total, the Ducks pitching staff gave up 14 hits and three home-runs. Arizona got five runs in the first four innings to build their lead on the Ducks, and exploded for four runs in the ninth inning to put a statement on their win. Meanwhile, Oregon executed eight hits on the game, but failed to turn them into runs, as they left a total of eight runners on base. The Ducks will look to even the series in game two against the Wildcats Friday at 7:00 PM.
