Coming off a demoralizing sweep at the hands of ranked UCLA, Oregon baseball returns home looking to close their season with a win against Arizona. The season finale comes after false reports circulated earlier this week that Ducks’ head coach George Horton would not return for next season, which was quickly corrected by the Oregon athletic department that has committed to Horton through 2019. The Ducks’ three game series with Arizona will feature a new face in the starting rotation, with freshman Cullen Kafka earning the opening spot on Thursday due to the needed rest for regular starter Kolby Sommers.
