After an up-and-down 2017 season saw Oregon Baseball finish 30-25 and miss out on the postseason yet again, the Ducks are looking to start anew in 2018. With a younger team, and absent last year’s ace David Peterson, Oregon will start off the new season Friday against Loyola Marymount. A couple days before the game, Head Coach George Horton, outfielder Jakob Goldfarb and closer Kenyon Yovan met with media to discuss the 2018 season.
