Oregon Men’s Tennis Wins Tough Battle With Wisconsin 5-2

The Ducks were able to win a tough battle with the Wisconsin Badgers and improve to 5-2 in the spring season. The Ducks won two of the three doubles matches to secure the doubles point, as two of the three matches went to set tiebreakers. The first set tiebreaker was won by the Badgers, but the Ducks secured the second one, giving them the doubles point. In singles play, the Ducks won three of the first four matches to give them a 4-1 lead and pull the Badgers out of reach. The Ducks play next at the ITA National Team Indoors in Seattle, WA, which starts on Feb. 16. The team plays on Feb. 17 versus San Diego State and Feb. 18 against UNLV.
