The Oregon Women’s basketball team took on #25 Cal on Friday evening, defeating them by a score of 74-64. The Ducks were led by Sabrina Ionescu with 28 points and 11 assists, and by Ruthy Hebard, who poured in 18 points and grabbed 11 rebounds. Oregon’s defense came to play throughout the night, shutting down Cal’s leading scorer Kristine Anigwe to 6 points. Oregon faces another top 25 test on Sunday afternoon, when #24 Stanford comes to town.
