VB: Oregon Offense Stifled By Stanford as Cardinal Cruises to Sweep

Oregon volleyball’s offense went missing in their effort to top #2 Stanford Sunday afternoon, as UO lost 25-14, 25-18, and 25-14 in straight sets. The Ducks were held up by Taylor Agost’s 13 kills on a .385 hitting percentage, but no other Oregon player reached 5 kills. Stanford cruised to a .519 hitting percentage, as three Cardinal players reached double digit kills in the sweep. Head Coach Matt Ulmer was unavailable for comment after the loss. Next up for the Ducks, ranked 16th in the AVCA poll, is a road trip to Arizona that begins against ASU Thursday, November 9 at 5PM.
