The Oregon Ducks were unable to capitalize on multiple opportunities in their 6-1 loss to the #1 Oregon St. Beavers. The Ducks went down in order only one time the whole game in the eighth. Ducks finished the game with nine hits but only were able to score one run, which came on a hit by a pitch in the fifth. Sophomore Cole Stringer went four innings giving up 2 home runs on only three days rest.
