The Oregon Ducks defeated the Washington State Cougars on Sunday afternoon by a score of 11-7. This win gave the Ducks the series win and improved them to .500 in Pac-12 play. David Peterson started for the Ducks before giving up three earned runs but it was the Ducks bats that really won them the game. The Ducks scored 6 runs in the bottom of the 8th inning including a Kyle Kasser two-out, two-RBI single to give the Ducks the lead. The Ducks next game is tomorrow versus San Diego in Hillsboro.
