BSB: Oregon Wins their 3rd in a Row, Tops USC 4-3

The Oregon Ducks baseball team came into Friday’s matchup against USC with a 2-game win streak and leading Portland after their game was halted in the 9th. The momentum seemed to carry over as the Ducks got their third W in a row ousting the visiting Trojans 4-3. Matt Krook got the nod to start on the mound Friday instead of his normal Saturday role, but the move paid off for George Horton as the Krook recorded the win in his 6 innings. Oregon looks to keep the streak going in their upcoming games against USC on Saturday and Sunday, and their non-conference game against Civil War foe Oregon St. on Monday.
