Bats come out as Oregon wins series with 11-5 victory against No. 9 Cal

Oregon baseball has had a difficult time this season offensively, but in the rubber match at PK Park against No. 9 ranked Cal, the Ducks’ bats shined as Oregon defeated the Golden Bears 11-5. Oregon scored in the first as A.J. Balta hit his second home run in as many days to give the Ducks a 1-0 lead. The Ducks put six runs up in the 5th, which the Bears responded to with three of their own, but not before the Ducks managed to score four more in the bottom of the 6th.
