The Oregon closed out their regular season with an upset over the Stanford Cardinal Sunday afternoon at Matthew Knight Arena. Jillian Alleyne led the Ducks with 22 points and 12 rebounds. This victory marks the first time that the Ducks have beaten the Cardinal since 2004.
