Men’s Basketball beat out Ole Miss (115-105) in OT on the road this past Sunday in Mississippi (7:38-7:46)

  • Close first half, 38-37
  • Tie game at 89 each and then ended in overtime
  • Moser with 24 points. Johnny Loyd had a big night with 23 and 15 assists. Loyd’s 15 assists were the second-highest in Oregon’s program history.
  • Although the offense had a solid flow, Oregon’s periphery defense was not at the level it should have been, giving up 15 shots from beyond the arc.
  • Oregon’s win against Ole Miss was there seventh straight double-digit win this season, with an average margin of victory of 18 points. What is going on with the team that has been causing such great results?
  • At No. 13, Oregon is 8-0 for the first time since the 2006-2007. Will the Ducks face anyone in the near future who will threaten their win streak?

Women’s Volleball finished off their season against No. 8 seed Nebraska Saturday (7:46-7:52)

  • The Ducks lost on the road to Nebraska in straight sets on Saturday, finishing up their 2013 season.
  • They were able to manage 22 points in the first half, 19 in the second and then finished off the third set with 22 points. So, it wasn’t exactly a blowout in each set. What happened?
